Hall Rental Form

I / We hereby accept all responsibility for rental of the Community Centre / Furniture. I / We acknowledge that any liability for any damages whatsoever arising out of or associated with the event shall be my /our responsibility and we hereby release Charlie Brooks Housing Co-operative or not, arising out of the event.

I / We also acknowledge that it will be my /our responsibility to clean up the Community Centre and leave it in a condition that is satisfactory to the Co-operative.

I / We also acknowledge that a two week notice for cancellation will be given or the deposit will be forfeited.

I / We understand that no deposit shall be returned unless this condition is met.

Please Note* The hall will not be booked for the date until payment of the deposit is received.
